After contacting the business, I received a visit and a quotation within a few days. The quotation was reasonable and so I accepted it. The work was carried out promptly and to my satisfaction. All of the branches removed were taken away as I had asked for, and this was included in the quotation. I was also given useful advice about the upkeep of my garden and about which types of trees and shrubs would be suitable for planting in different locations. I was very pleased with my experience of this company.
