Liz Fulford, the founder of Fulford Fitness was fed up with yo-yo dieting, binging on gym programmes and wanted to be freed from being controlled by weight, mood and lethargy.
She found a love of running and realised that she could change her life with little effort but large results. Consequently she went on to become a Personal Trainer in order to pass her passion, knowledge and unique system on to you.
